Job Summary

A network and remote access company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor application errors and performance
  • Engage with client support tickets and questions
  • Investigate bugs reported by users

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiarity with Virtual machine provisioning and automation
  • Familiarity with configuring cloud services (like AWS)
  • Systematic Troubleshooting methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • History of success in a team environment
