Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Technical Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and prioritizing operation roadmaps working across the organization to implementation
- Using data to independently guide decisions to affect strategy
- Leading and cross collaborating on iterative problem definition and scoping to build solutions for process design
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of experience using coding languages such as SQL
- 3+ years of experience developing project plans coordinating with all partners
- Proficiency in designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures
- 3+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, VBA, or Macros
- 3+ years of work in operations, healthcare, health insurance, data analysis, engineering and/or consulting
