Job Summary
A health services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Using internal tools to implement suppliers with complex catalogs
- Providing white glove service to health system clients
- Documenting best practices and workflow options to drive customers to make decisions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Entry level with technical experience or 1-2 years in a technical and external-facing role
- Can complete tickets and requests in a reasonable time frame
- Can utilize our many APIs to embed more seamlessly within our supplier partners
- Fast learner with an ability to notice small details and the bigger picture
- Can proactively communicate with Technical Operations Manager about blockers and barriers
