Job Summary
A healthcare investment company has an open position for a Remote Technical Operations Senior Associate in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the scoping, planning, implementation, adoption, MDM and DMS
- Support Technical Operations Associate with day-to-day management of helpdesk ticketing
- Own operational performance analysis, reporting out on key business metrics and leading initiatives to improve platfrom
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree with a record of high academic achievement
- 3-4 years of experience experience in information technology, IT support, and/or technical operations at a high-growth company
- Communications and Productivity Suites (Microsoft 365, G Suite)
- Network Administration (SonicWALL, Meraki, Cisco Small Business Products)
- Device Management (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
- Identity and Access Management (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin)
