Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Operations Support Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and reporting on the status of all production processes
  • Establishing well defined service management process
  • Building/supporting business operation software, processes and documentation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years' experience managing the technical support operations for a SaaS product on .Net.
  • BS degree in a field directly related to software development
  • minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years building SQL queries and stored procedures
  • 3+ years working with Microsoft ASP.Net / C#
  • Experience working in secure environments, handling PHI data
