Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Operations Support Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and reporting on the status of all production processes
- Establishing well defined service management process
- Building/supporting business operation software, processes and documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years' experience managing the technical support operations for a SaaS product on .Net.
- BS degree in a field directly related to software development
- minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years building SQL queries and stored procedures
- 3+ years working with Microsoft ASP.Net / C#
- Experience working in secure environments, handling PHI data
