Job Summary

A health technology company is seeking a Remote Product Application Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action
  • Recommend solutions to customer's application questions
  • Responding to customer inquiries on product issues from email, calls, chats in a call center type environment

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu
  • 2+ years product applications support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of HealthCare and IT industries
