Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Product Design Head.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of product designers to help create a seamless user experience
- Providing thought leadership to develop the right design strategy
- Acting as an internal champion and leader for design and UX
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a designer working on consumer products
- 5+ years Managing one or more product design teams
- Experience incorporating product design in agile product development
- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience designing consumer-facing apps/websites
- Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
