• 5+ years experience in a product leadership role
• A history of leading collaborative, high-velocity product, design, and engineering squads
• A track record of growing product talent through hiring, coaching, and mentoring
• Proven ability to go deep and quickly learn new domains
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment in changing market conditions
• Experience making data-driven decisions to build a winning product
