Job Summary

A cloud integration technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Product Instructor.

Must be able to:

  • Engage clients in a multi-day training curriculum
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Work effectively with team members and other departments to complete training successfully

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree from a four-year college or university
  • Prior training experience with data transformation and/or data integration products is preferred
  • Experience with: B2B, EDI, data integration, data translation is preferred
  • Experience providing complex SaaS training
  • Knowledge of data transformation products including transformation of EDI, Flat File, XML, file formats
