Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Product Operations Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor data and key performance indicators
  • Develop processes and standard templates for R&D
  • Develop business processes to streamline product development

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to make decisions based on combined qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to partner with and align with stakeholders across the business
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in change management
  • Experience supporting the rollout of frameworks/process updates for team of 100+
  • Experience in companies that employ modern product management & software development techniques
