Job Summary

A client management software developer has an open position for a Remote Technical Product Owner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in investigating and monitoring the progress of issues reported by customers
• Liaising with the Customer Support and Engineering teams on Customer issues and maintaining visibility into live issues
• Prioritising tickets arising from reported customers issues

Required Skills:

• Capability to advocate for the customer to engineering teams
• Deep understanding of product and customer pains
• Good understanding of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
