Job Summary
A provider of a relationship management platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Product Solutions Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as lead solutions engineer & subject matter expert to Diagnostic Engineering team
- Manage social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) by posting daily and monitoring
- Develop and implement technical frameworks for improved client service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years in a technical support capacity
- Bachelor’s in a subject where you have a proven track record managing complex analyses
- Support experience in the nonprofit fundraising software space
- Expertise and familiarity with fundraising concepts
- Background in software development and the ability to read Apex code
- Experience with and ability to apply a wide range of Salesforce platform capabilities
