Job Summary

A medical technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Product Support Engineering Hardware Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing remote and on-site technical support
  • Supporting customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
  • Providing installation and service support and training

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel to provide onsite support
  • Associates degree, technical /vocational training or military experience with electronic
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HCM or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
