Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Product Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Writing functional specifications for system enhancements to our loan origination software
Meeting with engineers, programmers, and product managers to learn about specific products or processes
Adhering to the company style guide and Chicago Manual of Style

Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or another relevant field
2-5 years of Technical Writing experience with a strong emphasis on creating content in a software-related environment
2-5 years of SAAS/PAAS writing experience is strongly preferred
Experience working with engineering to produce technical documentation
Ability to work autonomously and not be micromanaged
