Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Production Control Advisory in Hazelwood.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support to end-users, answering questions and solving technical issues in-person as well as remotely
- Having the ability to install, configure, update and repair computer hardware and software
- Having the ability to move computer equipment and telephones
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with thin clients, PCs, scanners, portable handheld terminals, and maintaining Print Drivers and workflow tools
- Experience using Database queries like SQL and other Application debugging tools
- Experience building Requirements Documents, Use case documents and Solution Design documents
- Inventory management skills
- Must be available to work off-shift, weekends, and holidays as required, especially during peak periods
