Job Summary

Transforming creative workflows, the part-time Remote Technical Production Designer will architect and automate the production of large-scale technical publications, leveraging advanced design and programming skills to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and manage structured documents for technical parts manuals and publications
• Build and optimize Adobe InDesign master layouts for dynamic content formatting
• Implement programmatic workflow automation to streamline data manipulation and typesetting processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent technical production experience
• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume print production or data-driven layout production
• Elite-level command of Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Experience parsing and formatting raw structured data files (XML, JSON, CSV)
• Strong attention to detail in visual execution and workflow automation
