Job Summary

A health and wellness telemedicine provider is seeking a Remote Technical Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with our product engineering teams to define metrics for tracking progress, determining success, and completion
• Identifying impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address them
• Driving continuous process improvements and best practices to create a robust, predictable, priority driven culture

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Have 5+ years of relevant experience working with engineering teams to ship end-user software
• Bias towards over-communication
• Excellent writing, oral, and presentation skills
• Familiar with web and/or mobile technologies and can help evaluate tradeoffs between different solution paths.
• Ability to influence without authority
