Job Summary
A privately-held product development and production research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Successfully lead multi-disciplinary project teams
- Serves as Program Manager for cross-functional programs moving through CST's Product Development Process
- Manage the timely escalation of critical project issues per the agreed Escalation Policy
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor of Science Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in program management
- Or a MS Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience, OR PhD with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Utilization of Program Management tools, methodologies, best practices and infrastructure
- Ability to sit or stand at a computer station for prolonged periods of time
- Experience leading cross-functional teams while managing large and complex programs from Initiation through Closeout
