Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Program Manager Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage a portfolio of project initiatives
- Develop annual team strategic project plans, priorities, best practices sharing
- Coach the project teams to adopt best practices for the development of products using Agile development methodologies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate/first-level degree
- Minimum 15 years of related experience
- Thorough knowledge of software development processes - especially Agile practices
- Thorough understanding of the technologies used in software development
- Experience managing teams
