Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Program Manager in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and grow a thriving project management program at the company
- Lead, manage, hold the project managers accountable
- Work closely with the CTO and Engineering Manager on project estimations
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading multiple simultaneous projects to success
- Expert ability to drive the use of AGILE, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies in all technology projects and programs
- Experience hiring and mentoring project managers
- Effective leadership skills to drive projects to completion and strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
