Job Summary
A financial software and technology developer is in need of a Remote Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning for the upcoming scrums with Product owners and scrum teams
- Coordinating and problem solving across multiple scrum teams
- Creating weekly consolidated execution status across the scrum teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience driving large scale change efforts in Agile product development environment
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program or product management processes
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholder
- Solid stakeholder partnership and influencing skills
- Well versed with Jira, Confluence, Familiarity with Project Management tools like Clarity
- Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
