Job Summary
A supplier of telecommunication software, equipment, and services is in need of a Remote Technical Project and Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Respond to and manage any critical customer situations
- Facilitate and manage the flow of communication
- Schedule and manage meetings with and between customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in computer science or related discipline
- 10-15 years of relevant work experience
- Experience applying influence, consultative and negotiating skills
- Proven knowledge and abilities in the principles of change management and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of project and program management
- Awareness of Software and Hardware development processes
