Job Summary

An educational services company is seeking a Remote Technical Project Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Prepare and manage configuration control documents
  • Manage help desk ticketing process
  • Maintain documentation library and ensure timely revisions as needed

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s in technical field or business degree with concentration or experience in technology
  • Associates Degree in relevant area with additional experience will be considered
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Basic, but solid understanding of computer and networking technologies
  • Project management experience and looking to pursue PMP
  • Experience with databases such as MS Access and/or SQL server and be able to write basic SQL queries
