Job Summary
An educational services company is seeking a Remote Technical Project Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Prepare and manage configuration control documents
- Manage help desk ticketing process
- Maintain documentation library and ensure timely revisions as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in technical field or business degree with concentration or experience in technology
- Associates Degree in relevant area with additional experience will be considered
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic, but solid understanding of computer and networking technologies
- Project management experience and looking to pursue PMP
- Experience with databases such as MS Access and/or SQL server and be able to write basic SQL queries
