Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Project Management Agile Coach Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning for the upcoming scrums with Product owners and scrum teams
- Creating weekly consolidated execution status across the scrum teams by tracking the JIRA boards of individual scrum teams
- Coordinating and problem solving across multiple scrum teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of previous senior program or product management and/or relevant consulting or military experience
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program or product management processes and methodologies, as well as, project lifecycle
- Experience driving large scale change efforts in Agile product development environment with ability to collaborate with teams driven by Waterfall methodology
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate program milestones with information technology
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
