Job Summary

A software and services corporation has a current position open for a Remote Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team
• Full project life cycle ownership
• Monitoring, tracking and controlling outcomes to resolve issues

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years playing as the Scrum Master for software development projects
• 2+ years using Agile ALM tools
• Knowledge of various patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes
