Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company has an open position for a Remote Technical Project Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as liaison between Sales and Solution Delivery
  • Conducting detailed planning for incoming projects
  • Creating project initiation documentation in Salesforce.com

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 1+ years Project Management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with CRMs (Salesforce, is our primary system)
  • Ability to analyze reports to assist in identifying issues requiring attention
  • Ability to lay a key role in maintaining documentation
