Job Summary
An HR consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Technical Project Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Set up industrial communication protocols and VFD configuration
- Engage with projects encompassing the software lifecycle spectrum
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of practical experience in DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Demonstrated ability using Ethernet and control system communication protocols
- Experience with Rockwell, Wonderware, and similar PLC/HMI software
- Working knowledge of piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and motor control schematics
