Job Summary
A healthcare services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Provider Liaison.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in creating training aids for providers and staff as necessary
- Providing quality assurance through medical report review
- Conducting user acceptance testing as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with multiple operating systems and web browsers
- Experience with Windows and Mac platforms and MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge and understanding of CRM
- Knowledge of Citrix application, installations and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with providers in person and/or WebEx
