Job Summary

A healthcare services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Provider Liaison.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting in creating training aids for providers and staff as necessary
  • Providing quality assurance through medical report review
  • Conducting user acceptance testing as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with multiple operating systems and web browsers
  • Experience with Windows and Mac platforms and MS Office applications
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of CRM
  • Knowledge of Citrix application, installations and troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with providers in person and/or WebEx
