Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Quality Assurance Engineer I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating test scenarios and scripts for assigned stories from user stories
- Creating and reviewing test cases using test case management tools
- Applying system, integration, and regression test cases against developed software to ensure quality
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate's degree or better in Computer Science or related field
- Working knowledge of writing basic sql scripts
- Knowledge of software development methodologies as well as Agile or Scrum principles
- Less than 3 years experience as a quality assurance engineer
- Experience successfully working in a team culture/environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
