Job Summary
A data-driven marketing company is in need of a Remote Technical Quality Assurance Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Perform quality assurance checks on integration and onboarding installations
- Follow the standard process and best practices
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ experience in a technical role
- Ability to use technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and adapt to product changes
- Experience working with company software in a technical capacity
- High technical aptitude with the ability to comprehend technical concepts quickly
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms
