A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 12-month contract focused on IT and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sourcing of top-tier talent for Engineering, Cloud, and IT roles
• Deliver an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed
• Partner with Engineering and Cloud leaders to manage expectations and provide data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting for engineering and cloud-focused roles
• Ability to manage 10+ active technical requisitions while maintaining quality-of-hire
• Prior experience in a remote, contract-based role is preferred
• Experience recruiting within the Software/SaaS industry
• Strong service-first mindset with a focus on candidate experience
