Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing candidates via internal databases and appropriate job boards
- Updating and maintaining an applicant tracking database
- Building and maintaining a relationship with prospective candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Conduct interviews
- 2-4 years of combined in-house and agency recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Prior experience working remotely
- Ability to understand technical jargon and communicate with technical resources
