Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Sourcing candidates via internal databases and appropriate job boards
  • Updating and maintaining an applicant tracking database
  • Building and maintaining a relationship with prospective candidates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Conduct interviews
  • 2-4 years of combined in-house and agency recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Prior experience working remotely
  • Ability to understand technical jargon and communicate with technical resources
