A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Engage in recruiting sourcing strategy development and execution
- Working with recruiting systems, technologies and protocols
- Following OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior experience in a professional services organization
- 3 years of experience
- Undergraduate Degree
- 5+ years of recent full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- Ability to maintain pipeline reports and present regular updates
- Ability to identify and recommend candidates
