- Experience in sourcing for technical candidates through multiple channels
- Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude
- Ability to manage and drive full life-cycle recruitment process
- Ability to be data-driven to drive effective recruiting outcomes
- Ability to ensure high level of data integrity with ATS
