Job Summary

A digital security and solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving full cycle recruiting for cleared positions
  • Establishing strategic business partnership with hiring managers and providing market intelligence to shape business decisions
  • Developing sourcing strategies, generating candidates, and processing candidates through the interview, offer, and hiring process

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of demonstrated full life cycle recruiting experience
  • 4+ years of experience recruiting in the Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) market
  • Demonstrated proficiency in application tracking systems
  • Proven strong sourcing background and skills with various recruiting media, particularly LinkedIn
  • Experience developing and driving recruiting strategies with hiring managers and recruiting team
