Job Summary
A company offering a private social network that connects medical professionals has an open position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to understand talent needs and help define the required criteria for open positions
- Develop strategic job plans for open requisitions and coach hiring teams on hiring best practices
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onsite interviews, offers and closing candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with focus on Engineering Recruiting Technology knowledge
- Demonstrated professional that is versatile when sourcing, assessing, pitching and closing a candidate
- Proven exceptional project management skills and independent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of ATS system (Greenhouse)
- Ability to effectively communicate company's mission and culture, and help candidates understand impact and value to the engineering culture
- Demosntrated ability to provide useful suggestions for improvement
