Job Summary
A financial company that offers mortgage and financial services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with leadership and recruiting managers to determine staffing needs and methodologies to satisfy or exceed targets and goals
- Managing the end-to-end candidate pipeline from sourcing to hire including sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiation
- Negotiating salary and benefits in accordance with company policies and candidate skills and experiences
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of experience in Recruiting & Sourcing
- Experience in fast growing companies a plus with a focus on technology
