Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Own your candidate funnel, including tracking, management, and reporting
• Continue to develop and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process
• Aide in consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates

Qualifications Include:

• You have at least 2 years of in-house experience
• 3+ years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter with an emphasis on technical recruiting
• Track record of hitting hiring goals and forming strong relationships with hiring managers
• organized, analytical, detail oriented, and a strategic communicator
• Excited about developing creative approaches for sourcing and engaging candidates
• Passionate about education and helping students, teachers, and parents
