A cloud technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Build strong relationships across all functions and customers
- Partner with G&A hiring managers to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
- Help us build the roadmap of best in class hiring
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, especially for high growth teams
- 2+ years experience in a recruiting role
- Comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple searches
- Has experience recruiting for G&A roles
- Has a data driven mindset and understand the importance of operational excellence
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
