Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning full-cycle recruiting for a subset of company's technology teams
- Finding ways to enhance the company talent brand to attract top talent
- Tracking, analyzing, and sharing pipeline and performance data with hiring teams and internal recruiting partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche skill sets
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter with at least a year of in-house experience
- Have experience using Mac and Google products and have used an Applicant Tracking System
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
