A vehicle development company is in need of a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering Full Life Cycle Recruiting to client’s hiring demand
- Partnering with your client orgs to learn their Headcount management plan
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and HR peers delivering Hiring Demand
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 years of Full Life Cycle Recruiting in metrics driven, agency and/or corporate environments
- Experience hiring against formal Hiring Demand plans
- Agency Recruiting experience in an addition to Corporate recruiting experience is desired
