Job Summary

An IT solutions company has an open position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Provide full-cycle recruiting from entry-level to C-level employees
  • Follow federal and state regulations and company policies and processes
  • Collaborate with all organizational levels to build high performing, diverse teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related technical field
  • OR additional three (3) years of experience; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Expert knowledge and experience in technical recruiting (e.g., developers, testers, engineers, helpdesk/desktop support)
  • Excellent knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Expert understanding of technical roles and skills
