Job Summary
A cloud based communications service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively sourcing and recruiting for Technical roles – handling initial research, proactively phone screening, and sharing recruiting notes with staffing team members
- Partnering with recruiting, our people team, and hiring managers to generate ideas
- Leveraging resources and share information that facilitates an effective and high-quality search process under very tight timelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of Technical Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
- Technical Recruiting experience at a progressive, fast-paced high growth tech/software company preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, third party resume databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing technologies
- Ability in understanding the marketplace and managing a large quantity of candidates on availability, interest level, salary range, and basic qualifications
