A professional staffing services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Recruiter in Boston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing full life cycle IT Recruiting
- Working closely with the sales team to understand client needs
- Managing, document and coordinate all communication with potential consultants
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work remotely
- 3- 5 years experience working as a Technical Recruiter in the staffing industry
- Proven technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Ability to coach candidates through the client interview process.
