Job Summary
A telecom staffing provider is filling a position for a Remote Technical Recruiter in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within a timely manner
- Demonstrate successful lead generation, new market penetration and high volume sourcing
- Conduct reference checks, cross-selling initiatives, and client visits as needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least two years experience in a technical recruiting related position, either IT or Telecommunications
- 3 + years of practical work experience
- Strong communication skills, verbal, presentation, and writing
- Experience in the recruiting or staffing industry with an emphasis on Major Accounts
- All other requirements necessary for this position
