A utility services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Recruiter in Denver.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand role requirements and find candidates who fit the bill
• Leading an active recruitment strategy to search for candidates and build strong talent pipelines for multiple technical roles
• Conducting initial resume reviews and phone screenings where appropriate

Qualifications for this position include:

• At least five years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience filling complex technical positions and a passion for understanding
• The ability to work independently and simultaneously fill multiple positions
• Experience directly sourcing hard-to-find technical skillsets and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques
• The ability to effectively build relationships within all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus
