A utility services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Recruiter in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting with hiring managers to understand role requirements and find candidates who fit the bill
- Leading an active recruitment strategy to search for candidates and build strong talent pipelines for multiple technical roles
- Conducting initial resume reviews and phone screenings where appropriate
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least five years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience filling complex technical positions and a passion for understanding
- The ability to work independently and simultaneously fill multiple positions
- Experience directly sourcing hard-to-find technical skillsets and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques
- The ability to effectively build relationships within all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus
