An online marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building sourcing strategies, plans and pipelines
  • Collaborating on creating and implementing recruiting strategies
  • Working directly with Product & Engineering senior leaders

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, specifically hiring for technical roles
  • Success in sourcing & full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles
  • 1+ year of startup experience
  • Experience sourcing, and closing candidates in a competitive market
  • Ability to work in a sometimes ambiguous, growing company environment
  • Strong communication skills in all directions
