Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Recruiter in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and define requirements
- Developing unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates
- Reviewing resumes, pre-screen candidates and drive the interview process from end to end
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience hiring Engineering and Product talent at a tech company
- Proven strong sourcing ability and a diverse bag of tricks
- Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to organize and facilitate interview debriefs, helping to guide and drive decision making
- Ability to own the offer approval, extension and negotiation process, and effectively close prospective candidates
- Ability to create and maintain an amazing candidate experience
