A social media company is in need of a Remote Technical Recruiting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships
- Skillfully support weighing the anticipated and immediate challenges of the targeted roles
- Provide training, mentorship, guidance and career development to members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience managing a team of sourcers and/or recruiters
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports
- Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change
- Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders
