Job Summary

A specialized data analytics company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Recruiting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and growing our technical recruiting team while maintaining recruiting responsibilities as a full cycle recruiter
• Using data driven strategies to improve hiring and interview practices
• Acting as central point of contact for engineering, leading two tech sourcers and facilitating hiring manager meetings

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing full cycle recruitment of top engineering, product & design talent, preferably at a fast growing startup
• 2+ years of experience managing recruiters and/or sourcers with a focus on engineering/product hiring
• Experienced & well-respected partner to your hiring managers
• Educates on diversity sourcing and building interview processes that reduce biased decision making
• You take great pride in hiring the best talent & watching them succeed in the long-term
